In 2002 two inovative men, Richard Newberry and Billy Ellis who had been in the hard alarm business for many years, decided there had to be a better way. There were too many false alarms;  Police  were slow to respond. City Councils were trying to cover the cost of verifying false alarms. Thus the fines imposed for false alarms. These two men decided there was a need to verify a real alarm. There needed to be video along with the alarm. That is exactly what they did and live video monitoring was established. We now monitor live video security systems all over the United States.
